In Aruba, we will work together with relevant stakeholders to arrange the prosperity Aruba plan for the upcoming year. The government of Aruba determines which prosperity program will be initiated. The vision of Aruba will be the guiding role for the prosperity programs that will be initiated. The documents will be studied by the Aruba Crews at The Hague University and the University of Aruba.

The Purpose (Mission)
The Aruban government, through the Minister of General Affairs and Minister of Infrastructure & Integration, will soon begin the project ‘Wijksvernieuwing”. This project will involve the renewal of Oranjestad and includes both physical and non physical renewal and transformation of the Aruban (outside) district. The goal is to make the mental image of the neighborhoods more attractive and emotionally more livable. Efforts will be made to the specific characteristics and identity of each district to retain the involvement of citizens in the implementation of specific project components, and where possible, the conservation of nature.

The Government of Aruba, through Aruba CrossBorderProsperityCrew, has approached CrossBorder based on the concept, “verarubaniseerde Kaminda Nobo” on Aruba, to begin revitalizing the Aruban districts. The intention is to work with relevant stakeholders in Aruba to discuss the approach of the prosperity district initiative in Aruba.
The three prosperity categories are:
1. Knowledge
2. Relationships
3. Capital

These categories are necessary to succeed in the prosperity initiative in the following accessories.
Ad 1. The twinning partnership with Aruba will be initiated as soon as possible.
Ad 2. Relations with the Aruban students and the support of 'Arubahuis' lead to a proactive network file.
Ad 3. The Aruban capital prosperity will be worldwide collected after the mission and be transparently managed
